P M Wells Painting and Decorating offer the highest quality services in Keynsham, Saltford, Chew Valley, Bristol, Bath and Somerset. We specialise in working in private homes, both internal and external work and will also consider commercial projects.

We take pride in our finished work and also in the way we deal with our clients. We have many clients who come back to us for multiple jobs and we receive a large number of personal referrals. There's a huge amount of experience within our team. Although the team is small, there's almost 50 years of experience between us. There isn't much we can't handle. And on the odd occasion we can't, we have a range of professional and trusted trade contacts we can call upon.

We do far more than put paint on walls. No job is too big, too small or too challenging. Preparation work is key to a perfect finish, and our prep work is second to none. Take a look at the gallery to see examples of our work.

We take great care to look after your home by protecting your flooring, furniture and belongings. We will always clean up after ourselves at the end of each day and at the end of the job. I’m quite passionate about sustainability so we don’t like to cover things in disposable plastic dust sheets, instead we use high quality dust sheets and reusable shoe covers where necessary.

Wallpapering

Looking for a special feature wall? There are so many amazing patterns to choose from. Flat walls, chimney breasts, stairways, long drops, we can do them all.

Internal painting

Whether it's a quick coat of paint to freshen-up a room or restoring your walls, ceilings and woodwork, internal decorating is the core of our business. We can help with the choice of colours and finishes.

Wallpaper stripping

We can strip your existing wallpaper without damaging the plaster underneath. We will also fully repair and prep your walls afterwards, ready for new paper or painting.

External painting

We can make your home stand out, and help maintain it, by giving it a fresh coat of paint. We also love to repair and restore external woodwork, window frames, facia, etc. Please book well in advance as we only have the summer and book up early!

Restoration work

We don't just add a new coat of paint. We have the skills, knowledge and experience within the team to be able to restore your home, especially period and character properties. We genuinely love this type of work.
